New Website: Educating Consumers About Collision Repair and Their Rights

“If you are involved in an accident and have an auto claim, we are here to help you so you don't make any bad decisions,” states the home page of, a new website created by an independent body shop who feels consumers lack information necessary to make decisions that are in their own best interest.

According to Body Shop Business, a spokesman for said the site was created to educate consumers about their rights when getting their vehicle repaired after an accident.

The site contains animated videos and explanations of how the collision repair process works, all aimed at informing consumers about getting their vehicle repaired or dealing with a total loss after an accident.
